12/21/08 - I've updated the video pages on this website. There's descriptions of every fight and videos of some of my television appearances.

12/9/08 - Currently I'm taking some time off right now from competing due to injuries. I'd like to thank all of my sponsors and fans for all of their help and support. I am still available for personal training though.

5/19/08 - I've uploaded the highlights of my last three fights. You can check them out on the Fight Footage Page.

1/31/08 - I was victorious in my rematch against Rhomez Brower. Although it wasn't the most exciting of fights, I felt that I fought smarter than ever before. I'd like to thank Kevin Gittemeier, Wendi Nguyen, James Thorpe, Dave Vitkay, and the members and staff of X3 Sports. I'd also like to thank my sponsors Adnan Quraishy, Aza Sabot, Evol Nutrition, and Omega Attire for funding for my training. I couldn't have done this alone. Rhomez and I are now 1-1 against each other and we'll be facing each other in a rubber match later on this year.

1/7/08 - The rematch with Rhomez Brower is on for January 25, 2008. I'm out to avenge my only loss, and I promise to put on a spectacular show. Check out the promo video for this fight!

11/2/07 - I took my first loss to Rhomez Brower. The score was 29-28 on all three judges scorecards. From what I heard from the fans standpoint was that it was an entertaining fight. I'd like to thank my cornermen, Kevin Gittemeier, James Thorpe, and Mike Beyer for all of their support for this fight. I'd also like to thank all of my sponsors and my fans for their support as well. I'm going to take about a week or two off of training and then it's going to be back to the grindstone. I might be knocked down, but I'll always get up.

10/16/07 - My next fight is against Rhomez Brower. Brower will be my toughest opponent to date. The fight will be at Wild Bill's in Duluth. If you happen to be in the state of Georgia that week, you can contact me to find out how to get tickets to this event.

9/19/07 - I would like to say thank you to the Sabot Family for their generous sponsorship donation. Aza and Shannon and their daughters, Olivia, Jenna, and Gabby, are big MMA fans. Their donation helps with my training expenses. Aza is currently in Iraq serving our country. It's supportive people like Aza and his family who keep my dream alive.

8/4/07 - I would like to say welcome to Omega Attire, a brand new clothing line based out of Gainesville, Georgia who specializes in extreme sports apparel and cutting edge casual wear as well as Musicians/Bands stage and concert wear.

7/22/07 - I'm now offering boxing and mma classes at L.A. Boxing in Peachtree City every Saturday morning. Boxing class starts at 9:00 a.m. and mma class begins at 11:00 a.m. Both classes are 1 hour long.

6/2/2007 - Fight Cancelled!! Due to the lack of fights on the card, my return to boxing was postponed.

4/13/2007 - What a Great Fight! I was victorious in a fight that many people thought I was going to lose. That's ok. People are entitled to their opinion. I won a unanimous decision over Todd "Crazy T" Carney. I didn't do it alone though. There were many people who helped me achieve this victory. Kevin Gittemeier, Tony Tucci, and the crew at X3 Sports. I'm now at 6-0 in MMA and 5-1 in Professional Boxing. I have evened up the number of MMA fights and Professional Boxing matches at six a piece. Now, I will be going back to boxing for a couple of months.
