Ming, thank for posting and putting me up there with some of the elite folks!

The first question people usually ask me when I tell them that I've turned into a six day a week vegan is, "How are you getting your protein?" Well, I get my protein from soy and beans. I eat tofu, soy sausages, soy ground beef. The soy substitutes really aren't bad.

It's been almost two months since I went vegan, and my body has taken a drastic change. My arms have gotten more defined and my stomach has leaned up big time. And I'm still getting stronger! My weight is holding steady at around 190-195 pounds although I'm keeping the weight on because I eat like a horse! I'm not sure if I would call myself a six day a week vegan anymore though. I allow myself up to five "cheat" meals a week.

I've never been chiseled in my life except when in my early childhood years when I looked like I was malnourished. If I can become lean, I think anybody can. Of course, diet is only part of the equation. Rest (which I neglect very often) and how you exercise are the other parts.

tom - i've been trying to transition to part-time vegetarian (solely for health reasons) for some time now, but it's been tough. just don't know what to eat if I don't have regular 'ole protein. this helps, though.
put you in a blog post a while ago, figured I'd send the url over to you: http://howtobeaflyasian.com/2009/03/30/the-five-fly-est-asian-fighters-right-now/
keep up the good work, man.
