Although I wouldn’t say that I have let myself go, I’m definitely not as defined as I was back in 2009. In 2009, I went on a mostly meatless diet. I still ate like a horse, I just watched what I ate. I ate three meals and three snacks a day, pumped iron six days a week, and did fight specific training once a week.
I’m not going to go back to pumping iron since I’m working on getting my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu black belt. I will go back to eating lean. Over the next few weeks and months, I’ll post what I’ve been eating. If anybody is following my blog, feel free to post your daily eating regimen as well.
