I wanted to redeem myself in this rematch with Brower. I ended up winning this fight, but I was actually ashamed of my performance. Usually, I fight to finish my opponents and not worry about what the judges are thinking. For this fight, that was all that was on my mind.
I fought with an attitude of not losing more so than an attitude of winning for this fight. Brower seem to be doing the same himself.
The whole fight was pretty much just a bunch of clinching with a few moments of us separating and throwing some punches. In the third round, I finally took Brower down and passed his guard. That was the deciding factor in the fight.
I captured the NFC Southeastern Title Belt from Brower. The judges gave me the decision for this fight, but I still don’t feel that great about it.
